BEGINNING JUNE 9th
New Online Banking Security Feature
The protection of your information is very important to us. We are pleased to announce an added login security feature that helps guard your online information by adding another layer of identity verification to online financial interactions.
How does the new security feature work? When logging into online banking on your computer, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6‑digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process on your computer. This feature takes the place of answering security questions when logging into online banking. This feature is also available in the mobile app.
What do I need to do? Please update your phone numbers in your OLB profile or contact us and provide your cell phone or direct phone number. You can call us at the numbers below:
Cincinnati Branch
513-381-8600
Dayton Branch

Toll Free Number

Scheduled Maintenance Online Banking will be temporarily unavailable on June 9th from 2:00 a.m. ET to 9:00 a.m. E.D.T. as we complete the scheduled upgrade. We appreciate your patience.
Important! You will not be able to access online banking if we do not have your updated contact information.
This section of the page contains a carousel that visually displays various slides one at a time. For screen reader users, pausing the slider will allow the slides to be announced simply when you use the carousel navigation buttons.
